We are Brazilian specialists in data science, information technology, IoT and agriculture. FieldPRO is an agricultural technology company dedicated to developing sustainable and innovative solutions, and we provide competitive advantages for our customers and gains for all agents. Our mission is to democratize access to reliable data from the field.
Process improvement and data-driven automation
We improve the performance of solutions using machine learning. Our work is guided by results of field tests, which allows us to establish feedback loops as early as possible.
Own product development and research
At the frontier of data analysis and innovative strategies, we create new perspectives for our products. We customize AI algorithms and mathematical tools to provide competitive advantages.
Prototype 1 “Chico”
Our first prototype was shaped like a “scarecrow” with soil temperature and humidity sensors, camera to monitor the size of the plant, and wifi transmission.
FEBRUARY 2018
The first screens of the application were created with the objective
from
analyze the real performance of agricultural processes. For that
Chico’s sensor data was analyzed, with images of
NDVI satellites and climate data.
MARCH 2018
We spent five months in the fields
of western Paraná, one of the most
States with the largest planted area in the world
Brazil, studying everyday life and the
challenges of the rural producer. We focus
in the main commodities in the region:
soy, corn and wheat.
APRIL 2018
We recreated the product design with a larger stem
to be adaptable to all cultures,
besides being able to accommodate more sensors. Soon after, we started working with cotton
in the State of Mato Grosso and, thus, the stem reached 1.25 in height.
SEPTEMBER 2018
For the first time, we show the Sensor on
ExpoLondrina event.
By participating in the Hackathon, we won the
support from Integrated Cooperative and
Paraná Agronomic Institute (IAPAR).
APRIL 2019
The software algorithm started to be
developed to predict maize yield
and soybeans, using spectral data indexes from
satellite. We combine sensing data
remote with crop phenology.
MAY 2019
We add geospatial data from
different vegetation indexes in the
experimental crops where they were
receiving monitoring from our
Sensors. That way, the producer
could have an even more vision
accurate health and growth of the
their cultures.
SEPTEMBER 2019
The software was being perfected every time
more. In addition to showing the
monitoring climate conditions,
plant and soil of the crop, the producer
could also have control of the
field operations, registering the
management activities.
NOVEMBER 2019
To improve the measurement of the climate sensors, we modified the Sensor head. He needed to be more robust to withstand all the severe climatic adversities of the field and accommodate the rain gauge, which we were developing.
DECEMBER 2019
After laboratory development,
we insert our rain gauge into the head of the
Sensor and we did thousands of tests.
JANUARY 2020
The design of our software just got more
simple and intuitive to facilitate the producer
understanding of your field information
FEBRUARY 2020
We organize the final touches of the product, the
we named it FieldPRO Sensor. We remade
all calculations to arrive at a
technology accessible to rural producers.
